The fees for participation to SYSID 2009 are as

Both full registration and student registration fees include
admission to :
- all the technical sessions,
- the welcome cocktail,
- the three lunches,
- the cheese and wine party,
- the visit of the Mont Saint-Michel abbey,
and delivery of a USB key with the symposium preprints and a printed
book of
abstracts which includes the final program.
For both full and student registration rates, there are two
different fees, including or not the access to the
symposium banquet.
Further tickets for the social events (cheese and wine party, visit of
the Mont Saint-Michel abbey, banquet) are available for the
accompanying persons.
An optional program for the accompanying persons is also proposed.
Policy
- Link to paper upload:
At least one author of an accepted paper must be
registered
for the conference at full rate
in order for the final paper to be
uploaded at the paper
submission web site by April 7, 2009.
Please note that there is a manual validation
of the registration before paper upload becomes possible. Thank you for
your patience.
- Student status: Students
are
defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a
university or another similar institution. Registration as a Student
requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement
that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of
the symposium, to be signed by the university professor who is acting
as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the SYSID
2009 Secretariat, with the preferred method being as a scanned pdf
email attachment.
- Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made by writing to the SYSID 2009
Secretariat.
Cancellations received before June
12, 2009 are fully refundable
minus a 50€ processing and administration charge. Cancellations
received from June 13, 2009 are non-refundable. No refunds will be
given for
non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Registration
If properly processed, your successful registration
will be acknowledged by email, which you may use as a receipt of
payment. A formal tax invoice will also be issued to you in hardcopy at
the time of the conference.
